Food delivery is crowded. Grocery is fragmented. Investors know this — so a food startup deck must show more than just a nice app. It needs to show a scalable machine.
That’s where this project came in.
The brief
A food-tech startup building a hybrid grocery, delivery, and local sourcing platform needed a pitch deck capable of securing early-stage funding and strategic partners.
They had the vision. They needed investor clarity.

What I built
I developed the full investor narrative and visual pitch system from scratch:
- Market opportunity framing for food tech + e-commerce
- Hybrid business model explanation (delivery + sourcing + subscriptions)
- Financial projections and unit economics slides
- Go-to-market and expansion roadmap
- Clean, premium presentation design aligned with VC expectations
The goal was simple: make investors understand the opportunity within 3 slides.
The result
A modern, structured investor deck designed for:
- venture capital conversations
- strategic partnerships
- accelerator and demo day pitching
Instead of “just another delivery startup,” the company now presents as a scalable food platform with strong margins and expansion logic.
